About

Mu Alpha Theta at Rickards High School in Tallahassee, FL is a mathematics honors society that is arguably one of the most active and successful academic clubs at Rickards. We compete regularly in competitions throughout the state and consistently place in the top schools. In 2010 we were ranked both 2nd in the state and 2nd in the nation at the Mu Alpha Theta state and national conventions. We also host our own math competition every November on the Rickards campus. Vestavia Hills Tournament

Dear Parents and Students of the Rickards Math Team,

I would just like to inform everyone that the Algebra II Team and the Comprehensive(10th, 11th, 12th grade) Team both received 1st place at the Vestavia Hills Math Tournament. This is a historic result and I would like to congratulate the following students for their success:
